The Liverpool star picked up an injury on England duty, forcing Lallana to miss the last four Premier League games.
Lallana’s hamstring injury came at the worst of times for Liverpool with the Reds attempting to fend off Arsenal’s and Manchester United’s assault on their Champions League spot.
But the England international posted a picture, accompanied with a rally call, on his Instagram as he confirmed his return to training.
‘Time to step it up,’ said Lallana.
Liverpool have five games left to play in the league with the Reds currently third in the table.
United have two games in hand over Liverpool and are six points behind Klopp’s side.

Liverpool are hopeful that Lallana will be able to play the final four games of the season.
The attacker’s return could be a welcome boost for Liverpool after they lost top scorer Sadio Mane to injury for the remainder of the campaign.
Palace travel to Anfield on Sunday with the Eagles unbeaten in their last two games.
