The House of Commons has just voted to take out the amendments to the European Union (Notice of Withdrawal) Bill and to send it back to the House of Lords. The upper house is likely to pass the Bill later tonight, and it will receive the royal assent, and become an Act of Parliament, tomorrow morning.
