Will.i.am was so impressed with the set of Coronation Street when he visited in January that he vowed to return.
And now a source close to the ITV soap has revealed that The Voice judge will be back on the cobbles tomorrow – Tuesday 14 March – to shoot his new music video for his single Fiyah.
The video itself is shrouded in secrecy, but it’s thought Will plans to shoot all around the Corrie set.
“It’s going to be a closed set so the soap’s stars will clear the set for him tomorrow,” a source close to the show told Mirror Online.
“He plans to shoot all around the cobbles – at The Rovers Return, The Kabin and Webster’s Autocentre.
“It’s a flying visit, so he’ll travel up to Manchester tomorrow for filming.”
It’s believed that the music video will not disrupt filming of the soap.
Will first visited the set back in January alongside show judges Sir Tom Jones, Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale.
He will film the promo for his new single Fiyah at the Trafford Wharf studios.
He performed the song for the first time on The Voice on Sunday night.
He took to the stage joined by dancers in black and white suits with a ring of fire in front of them.
“I turn it up like this, I want to burn it up like this… I make it hot like this, I’m ’bout to drop it like this, I’m all the way up on the top like this… ” Will rapped.
