Gary Oldman and Joe Wright sing 'Hey Jude' with 450 extras on set of Darkest Hour

Director Joe Wright was filmed leading a warmup singalong of “Hey Jude” by The Beatles with 450 film extras as Gary Oldman made his entrance as Winston Churchill

The footage was taken by actor Samuel West who said he had been waiting for a year to be able to post it.

The film recreated the political chamber at Leavesden Studios near Watford, and also stars Kristin Scott Thomas and Lily James.
