Liverpool target Naby Keita has been rushed to hospital after collapsing during RB Leipzig’s 1-0 defeat to Wolfsburg on Saturday.
The 22-year-old dropped to the turf at the Red Bull Arena and was taken straight to hospital, report the Liverpool Echo.
Keita is reported to have suffered circulatory problems and will be observed overnight as a precaution.
There has been no official comment from Die Bullen, but reports in the German media have claimed that the Guinea-born midfielder is conscious following the incident.
The energetic Keita has been linked with a move to Anfield this summer after impressing for the high-flying Bundesliga outfit this term.

Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Arsenal have also shown interest in Keita, who joined Leipzig from Red Bull Salzburg in June 2016.
Keita was booked just after the half-hour mark at the Red Bull Arena, and played the full game as his side slipped to a defeat to Andries Jonker’s men.
