Gary Neville was on punditry duty for Arsenal‘s game against Leicester City tonight, but seemed to get a little over-excited by the result after being seen celebrating afterwards.

The former Manchester United defender was snapped congratulating former colleague Shkodran Mustafi on the sidelines, with the Gunners coming from 3-2 down to win their opening game 4-3.

Phil Neville wasn’t having any of it though, and tweeted his brother trolling him about enjoying the Arsenal victory a little too much.

Neville spent his entire playing career at United and makes no secret of his support for the Red Devils, but maybe such a thrilling Arsenal performance was enough to persuade him to change allegiances.

More likely, of course, is that he merely got carried away by what most neutrals would agree was a great game, which served as the perfect tonic after nearly three months without football.

This classic encounter was the perfect way to open the new season after no Premier League action since May, with seven goals and end-to-end action throughout.
